Caleb & Darylyn Intimate Home Solemnisation

Caleb & Darylyn had their wedding solemnization on a popular date, 08.08.2020 in the comforts of their home. Probably that is the most convenient option for their families’ members to gather since their house is newly renovated.

What was their solemnization day like?

Since there was restriction on the number of people being able to attend the solemnization. They had uses their phone to DIY Zoom video streaming of their wedding. The 1st half of the Zoom video was pretty much pre-recorded, pre-wedding photo slide show, speech and worship. The 2nd half is the live video of Darylyn march-in with her Dad, their exchanged of vows, signing of the marriage certificate and their thank you speech.

What is the most memorable of their solemnization?

They had spent tremendous effort in setting up the wedding decorations and the desert corner at their kitchen area was beautiful. I’m also impressed with the amount of work taken to pre-recorded those videos for their guests to allow them to experience the full-fledged wedding.

Personal notes

I genuinely like intimate weddings as guests that are invited are usually the ones of the closest to the couple’s hearts. Due to their close kinship, their interaction with one another creates those beautiful moment for me to capture. But herein lies a challenge for intimate wedding. The challenge of having the same people kept appearing in the photos and having not much to photograph. I really wanted to document down every details transpired throughout the wedding for every of my couples and did not want to disappoint them.
